What does Women Grow mean?
Women Grow is a for-profit organization in North America that connects, educates, inspires, and empowers individuals in the cannabis industry.
Women Grow was founded in 2014 in Denver, Colorado, and has since expanded across the country and into Canada, where there are regional chapters operating. In fact, the organization is the largest professional networking organization in the cannabis industry, with a community of more than 20,000 professionals in 45 cities across the U.S. and Canada.
Women Grow is an organization mainly for women to “influence and succeed” in the ever-evolving cannabis industry. However, the membership consists of around 70 per cent female and 30 per cent male members.

The founders of Women Grow are Jane West, the current National Events Director of Women Grow, and Jazmin Hupp, who is also the organization’s CEO. The organization also owes much of its early success to co-founder Julie Batkiewicz.
Women Grow is a member-based organization. Anyone can apply to become a member, although the organization is geared towards business owners. In addition to becoming a member, you can also apply to start your own chapter in your local area if one does not yet exist.
The benefits of membership include monthly networking events and an annual summit, where members support and learn from each other. Women Grow Market Leaders can also apply for a license to use the Women Grow brand in order to earn revenue through hosting events or selling sponsorships to those events. Market Leaders can also earn money through the sale of membership associations with Women Grow.
